  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Absolutely! I've been shipping worldwide since 1995.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Ready-to-go items ship, usually within 2-4 days.

    If your item is made to order, it can take up to 1 week, and sometimes 2, if the load is high.

    If you need a rush delivery, contact me. I'm no stranger to expressing gifts.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Do you repair items? Do you offer a Warranty?

    I repair monkeys for free. All you pay is shipping fare to and from me... If your monkey rips just after he's bought, during normal use. I will pay to ship it back [and possibly reimburse your shipping to me, if the damage is my own fault], or replace it, for free.

    If he's abused, and I can fix him, I will... but you must pay his fare both ways.

    If he's well loved, and need some rejuvenation, if i can fix it, i will... but you must pay his fare both ways.
